Kowsar Building is a “green” building that built with Kohinoor company. Increasingly, buildings are becoming green, as cities and companies around the world embrace Biophilic Design, the concept of surrounding buildings with nature, even on the upper floor, and bringing the outdoors indoors by including natural elements in their interior design.

Client Challenge:

They did not have any brand identity and they try to pre-sell to customers with catalogs, website, blueprint, and 3D models. They love to make as much as we can look like a real project because it was the first Biophilic Design project in Iran.

What color do they need for brand Identity?

How they present their project with catalogs for pre-sell?

Solution:

Designed Logo and brand identity, we used green color as the primary color for representing nature. For secondary color, we used gold as a luxury brand’s color. Logo inspired by the real design of the building. Used some stock photos, 3D Model of the building, and we decorate someplace for the photoshoot. Designed catalogs 15 inches by 15 inches to be eye-catching and more detail driven.
